So, what is the different with the valves by different materials?

PE Degassing Valve

First of all, the most coffee valve/ degassing valve in the market, they should be produced by PE.

Because of the flexible package bag in the market, special the food package bags, such like: coffee bags, sauerkraut bags, nuts bags. Most of them are produced by the PE material, as the result, PE degassing valve are popular in the market. Because PE material most hot melt with PE material.

PP Coffee Valve

Secondly, PP degassing valve/ coffee valve. Some of package bags also produce by PP material, such as feed food or some food package bags or flexible package bags……

Due to the PP material only can hot melt with the PP material, so the PP package bags only can use the PP degassing valve.

BIO or Compostable Valve

Thirdly, BIO degassing valve or we call compostable aroma valve, this is new material to produce the one way valve, and it is 100% compostable, which will fit for the environmental protection requirement.

115. Why your one way degassing valve will drop down from the packaging?–Part 1

1.Do you choose the correct one way valve for your flexible packaging?

Many clients are going to buy the one way air valve for their coffee bag, feed bag, sauerkraut bag……

But they are not known very much for their material of flexible packaging bag. This little detail maybe effected their one way valve drop down from their packaging.

Why?

First, you must understand what is the materials of your flexible package. PE or PP? Do you know what is the material of your flexible packaging?

PE flexible packaging bags you must choose the PE one way air valve.

PP flexible packaging bags you only can choose the PP one way air valve.

If you are using the PP flexible package bag, and you installed the PE one way air valve into those bags, the one way valve will drop down from the flexible packaging. As you can see below picture, the PE one way valve can install on the PP flexible package, but it will easy be dropped from the bag. Because of the PE material isn't blend with the PP material.  Even thought you are using the best valve applicator machine or one way valve, it also will drop from your bag.

101.Why CSM02 Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine only run one size of degassing coffee valve?

While you are asking for the CSM02 Semi-Automatic valve applicator machine, Color Suns will introduce to you that, The CSM02 Semi-Automatic valve applicator machine, which electronic counter and vibration plate, it can transmit the one way degassing coffee valve automatic.

But most of our clients can not understand what is the vibration plate. The vibration plate can transmit the coffee valve into the  valve applicator machine automatic, it is hand-made job, so the vibration plate is adjusting by the technology team many times to make sure it can run and transmit the coffee valve / one way valve automatic.

But most of our clients aren’t understand , why the vibration plate only can run one size of one way valve.

We often told with our clients, the CSM02 only can run one size of one way valve because it have the vibration plate.

1.This vibration plate had the track to run from the chassis to the top of the vibration plate.

2.This vibration plate is connected with the valve applicator machine, it had a track to transmit the one way valve from the vibration plate to the valve installed station.

All of this track, only can hand-made, and the technology team must adjust the one way valve to run all the tracks many time while they are producing the vibration plate. If your size of valves are larger or smaller than Color Suns valves, they can not run on the vibration plate, they also can not install by the valve applicator machine. The width, the thickness of the tracks are special produced by Color Suns technology team
