What is the application of the new items of coffee valve CS05?

 Color Suns new launch the production line of coffee valve CS05 in May.

The CS05 coffee valves are produced by fully automatic production line, it can make sure the high quality of the valves, and it can ensure the lead time of the valves to the customers.

What is the difference of the new coffee valve CS05?

The new items of valve CS05 is different structure of CS01 and CS02, CS05 external diameter is 20mm, and the thickness of the valve is 5.5mm. Its open pressure will be more than 2-8 mbar.

If you need the high air flow, you can choose our CS04 and CS05 degassing valve to install into your flexible package bags.

Many clients will ask 1 question:

Whether my valve applicator machine CSM02 or CS01 can use this new item coffee valve CS04 or CS05?

Answer: No! I am sorry to tell you that, because the new items of valve are in different size, no matter the external diameter or thickness, they are all different.

So how we can use the new items of valve?

Only 1 solution, to buy a new valve applicator machine to run the new items of valve CS04 and CS05. Before you order the valve applicator machine, you must tell the sales that, which kind of valves you need to run with the machine.

Then our technology department will produce the valve machine to prefect match with your valves.

The new items of valve CS05 can work with both of coffee, such like: roasted coffee bean and coffee powder.

It also can work for feed food, sauerkraut, nuts and all kinds of powder products.

Valve applicator machine can work with which package bags?

When we are selling the one way degassing valve and valve applicator machine, we will face the most question about the valve installing machine.

Our clients will ask: what kind flexible package bag it can work?

115. Why your one way degassing valve will drop down from the packaging?–Part 1

1.Do you choose the correct one way valve for your flexible packaging?

Many clients are going to buy the one way air valve for their coffee bag, feed bag, sauerkraut bag……

But they are not known very much for their material of flexible packaging bag. This little detail maybe effected their one way valve drop down from their packaging.

Why?

First, you must understand what is the materials of your flexible package. PE or PP? Do you know what is the material of your flexible packaging?

PE flexible packaging bags you must choose the PE one way air valve.

PP flexible packaging bags you only can choose the PP one way air valve.

If you are using the PP flexible package bag, and you installed the PE one way air valve into those bags, the one way valve will drop down from the flexible packaging. As you can see below picture, the PE one way valve can install on the PP flexible package, but it will easy be dropped from the bag. Because of the PE material isn't blend with the PP material.  Even thought you are using the best valve applicator machine or one way valve, it also will drop from your bag.
