 Color Suns Company Limited mainly fucus on producing one way coffee valves and valve applicator machine in China.

Now we mainly produced two series of coffee valves:

1.The first series of valves: CS01 & CS02

The size: Diameter is 22.3mm, High is 4.05mm

The open pressure is 2-5mbar.

CS01 is valve with filter, it mainly used for powder products, such like: coffee powder.

CS02 is valve without filter, it mainly used for bean products, such like: coffee bean.

2.The second series of valves: CS04 & CS05

The size: Diameter is 20mm, High is 5.5mm

The open pressure is 2-8mbar.

CS05 is valve with filter, it mainly used for powder products, such like: coffee powder.

CS04 is valve without filter, it mainly used for bean products, such like: coffee bean.

Coffee Valve with me. I like drinking coffee very much. I used to drink instant coffee until I went to my aunt's house once. She made me a cup of coffee with a coffee machine and made milk bubbles for me. I think it's very delicious. I have a deeper understanding of coffee and my love for coffee has deepened.

My aunt knew that I liked to drink, and she also sent me a box of eared coffee. Although I liked to drink coffee, at that time, I heard of eared coffee for the first time. I was very puzzled, what kind of coffee? Therefore, I also went to google search to find out what eared coffee looks like. My home doesn't have brewing tools, so I bought a coffee pot and a milk mug on the Internet.

Once, I won a bag of coffee beans in a lottery. I found the coffee beans are hard and I haven't tried to grind coffee yet. Because it is my first time to touch the coffee bean. I picked up the package and looked carefully. Then found holes in the package. I thought I had drawn a bag of leaking coffee beans. Later, I learned that this is a one-way degassing valve. The one-way degassing valve-CS04.

What is coffee valve CS04?

The one way valve CS04 without filter mainly for the bean productions, one way valve solved the problem and gives many roasters the opportunity to roast and package fresh coffee immediately. As a result, roasters extend distribution of fresh coffee and expand into markets previously outside their geographic scope.

In fact, the coffee valve can be used not only on coffee bags, but also on nuts, pickles and feed bags. Although it is small, it has great effect. Its function is releasing the CO2 outside the package. Keep your products fresh and aroma. Prevent the air getting into the package. The material of its body is resistant to high temperature and pressure.

This coffee valve is only 20mm, 5.5mm high, weight 0.95g, and its sealing range depending on sealing time and sealing pressure which can reach 160-220℃.The opening pressure is required to be 2.0-8.0mbar.

Although the outer diameter of One-Way Degassing Valve-CS04 is smaller than  2, its weight is heavier than One-Way Degassing Valve-CS02.It is sleek and more like a button. It is composed of silicon wafer, filter screen and high-density polyethylene shell.

115. Why your one way degassing valve will drop down from the packaging?–Part 1

1.Do you choose the correct one way valve for your flexible packaging?

Many clients are going to buy the one way air valve for their coffee bag, feed bag, sauerkraut bag……

But they are not known very much for their material of flexible packaging bag. This little detail maybe effected their one way valve drop down from their packaging.

Why?

First, you must understand what is the materials of your flexible package. PE or PP? Do you know what is the material of your flexible packaging?

PE flexible packaging bags you must choose the PE one way air valve.

PP flexible packaging bags you only can choose the PP one way air valve.

If you are using the PP flexible package bag, and you installed the PE one way air valve into those bags, the one way valve will drop down from the flexible packaging. As you can see below picture, the PE one way valve can install on the PP flexible package, but it will easy be dropped from the bag. Because of the PE material isn't blend with the PP material.  Even thought you are using the best valve applicator machine or one way valve, it also will drop from your bag.

104.What is the difference for the CSM01 and CSM02 coffee valve install machine ?

We often met the questions from our clients about the Color Suns one way valve & valve applicator machine, most client will choose the one way valve applicator machine from Color Suns CSM01 or CSM02.

And the most question we will meet : what is the difference for the CSM01 and CSM02 from Color Suns one way valve .

Now, we will explain with you what is the difference with Color Suns one way coffee valve applicator machine :

             

1.The biggest difference for the two items of valve applicator machine, of course they are the clients’ most careful question : Price. Yes, two items of Color Suns valve applicator machine of course the price are different.

2.The bigger difference for the two machine, we will tell you that should be : Speed. The CSM02 with the vibration plate, it can transmit the coffee valve automatic; the CSM01 is manual valve machine which you must put the coffee valve on the valve applicator machine by hands. So the bigger difference for two items of coffee valve applicator machine is the speed of installing coffee valves.

3.The big difference for the two machine, it will be Operation. CSM01 you must put the valves and bags on the machine by hands, and step on the foot switch to install the coffee valves into the coffee bags . CSM02 you only put the bags on the machine and step on the foot switch to install the coffee valves, the CSM02 with a robotic arm to push the valve from the vibration plate to the valve install station.
