101.Why CSM02 Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine only run one size of degassing coffee valve?

But most of our clients can not understand what is the vibration plate. The vibration plate can transmit the coffee valve into the valve applicator machine automatic, it is hand-made job, so the vibration plate is adjusting by the technology team many times to make sure it can run and transmit the coffee valve / one way valve automatic.

But most of our clients aren’t understand , why the vibration plate only can run one size of one way valve.

We often told with our clients, the CSM02 only can run one size of one way valve because it have the vibration plate.

1.This vibration plate had the track to run from the chassis to the top of the vibration plate.

2.This vibration plate is connected with the valve applicator machine, it had a track to transmit the one way valve from the vibration plate to the valve installed station.

All of this track, only can hand-made, and the technology team must adjust the one way valve to run all the tracks many time while they are producing the vibration plate. If your size of valves are larger or smaller than Color Suns valves, they can not run on the vibration plate, they also can not install by the valve applicator machine. The width, the thickness of the tracks are special produced by Color Suns technology team

Why are there more and more people love the pour over coffee ?

Firstly, we must know what is pour over coffee ?

You must prepare below material:

1.A bag of roasted coffee bean .(It is better to choose the bag of coffee with coffee valve, so you can smell the coffee fresh or not though the coffee valve.) http://www.colorsuns.com/products/coffeevalve/

2.The grinder machine.

3.Drip filter paper.

4.Drip Kettle, Filter Cup, Thermometer,Weighing device.

Grind the roasted coffee bean by the grinder machine, and use the weighing device to measure the coffee,(according to the cups of the coffee that you will taste), and put the roasted ground coffee into the drip filter paper. Prepare the hot water, and you can use the thermometer to measure the temperature of the water, and put the filter cup, and the coffee pot on the weighing device.

Why the one way coffee valve with filter will release the CO2 slower than one way coffee valve without filter ?

As usual, there are two kinds of one way degassing coffee valve you will see in the market.

1.One way degassing valve without filter, this kinds of coffee valve mainly used for roasted coffee bean or whole coffee or bean products.

2.One way degassing valve with filter, also called filter valve. This kinds of filter valve mainly used for roasted ground coffee, coffee powder or powder products. It is update from coffee valve without filter.

Because your powder products, or ground coffee, There are a lot of powdery objects in your flexible package, you must have the filter to prevent it . So at this moment , you must use the one way degassing valve with filter(filter valve). The coffee valve with filter can prevent the ground coffee getting into your valve, and effect the function of your degassing valve.

If you are using the coffee valve without filter now, Your ground coffee will get into your coffee valve, and stuck into the coffee valve, you also will see the ground coffee have come out the coffee package from this coffee valve.

And while we are using the coffee valve with filter , we will found that the valve with filter will release the CO2 slower than the valve without filler.

The reason:

1.Firstly, the CO2 from the roasted ground coffee is less than the CO2 from roasted coffee bean. So the filter valve release the CO2 is slower than the valve without filter.

2.Secondly, the filter can reduce the speed of release CO2 from the coffee valve with filter.

So, while you are choosing the one way degassing valve or coffee valve, please decide which kinds of coffee valve or degassing valve you will use for your ground coffee or coffee bean.
