Today Color Suns One way valve & Valve Applicator Machine company arrange to send the coffee valve CS02 and Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine CSM01 to our client.

Today we used the Color Suns Valve Applicator Machine CSM01 and CSM02 to install the coffee valve into the coffee bag which is transparent bags.

This kinds of coffee bag from our clients who need the coffee bag with coffee valve in it, and they will put the coffee bean into the coffee bag. They need our Color Suns one way valve to keep their roasted coffee bean fresh and aroma.

Because they have not the valve applicator machine and coffee valve, and they are the coffee seller which mainly sell a bag of roasted coffee bean. They are not good at installing the coffee valve into the coffee bag, so they ask our help for installing the coffee valve into their coffee bag.

We all read the before post that the one way valve have two kinds from Color Suns, one is with filter mainly for coffee powder, the other is without filter mainly for coffee bean.
So now the question is coming, how to put this small plastic PE valve on the coffee bag ? Why the coffee bag will have several holes on it ?

How to install the one way valve into the coffee bag, and come true the function of the one way valve ?
First, you must use the valve applicator machine which also called one way valve installer. It can help you install the one way valve into the coffee bag, eg like: Stand up pouch coffee bag, open side gusset coffee bag, craft paper coffee bag.

Why the coffee bag you saw at the shop market or coffee shop, they will have several holes on it ?
The valve have been installed into the package, if the bag have not one hole or several holes on it, it can not come true the function of the one way valve—release the co2 outside the bag.
So the question is coming, how to make the holes on the bag? Use needle to make some holes on the bag ? If so, that will be very slow, and very trouble.
