The Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine –CSM02 with the vibration plate, this one way valve installing machine mainly used for installing the one way coffee valve into the coffee package, eg like: coffee bag, aluminum foil bag, stand-up pouch coffee bag, coffee bag with zipper, craft paper coffee bag.
As you can see our before post about the CSM01 one way coffee valve application machine, this is the simple one way valve applicator machine from Color Suns. But the CSM02 Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine with the vibration plate, it can transmit the one way coffee valve automatic by the vibration plate. This one way valve applicator machine can meet the large production of installing the one way coffee valve, the speed of CSM02 valve applicator machine is faster than the CSM01, it can install 1200-2000pcs one way coffee valve per hours by the worker.
The CSM02 Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine can run Color Suns one way coffee valve with filter and without filter. But it only can run Color Suns one way coffee valve. It only can run one size of coffee valve.
