133.What is the difference with different size of one way valve?

 Color Suns one way valve have new launched in this month. CS04—High quality of one way valve without filter for bean coffee, nuts, pet foods and sauerkraut……

Certainly, we will explain what is the difference with both kind of valves:

1.In Different size:

First of all, the CS01 and CS02 one way valve, their external diameter:22.3mm, the hight:4.0mm.

Then the CS04, the external diameter: 20.0mm, the hight:5.5mm.

Because of different size decided the valves must be installed by different valve applicator machines. It means that, you can run the valves by two unit of valve machine.

2.In different structure:

CS01 & CS02 are the same structure.

CS04 are much different with before one way valve, the structure and all the materials are different.

3.In different open pressure:

CS01 & CS02 open pressure is : 2-5mbar.

CS04 open pressure is 2-8mbar,

1.Where are these holes comes from?

These holes are made by one way valve applicator machine, it mainly used for installing the coffee valve into your coffee bag.

2.What is the function of these holes?

These holes on the coffee bag, it is the best assistance for one way valve to release the CO2 outside the bag. The CO2 from the roasted coffee bean or coffee powder, will be released by the small one way valve, then the one way valve can release the CO2 outside the bags from the holes on the coffee bag.

3.How to make the holes on the coffee bag?
