63.Why the CSM02-Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine only can run one size of coffee valve ?

Color Suns One Way Coffee Valve & Valve Applicator Machine produced and offer the Valve Applicator Machine, one of them is CSM02—Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine.

As you can see from the picture, the CSM02—Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine have the foot switch, electronic counter on it and the special: with the vibration plate.

1.The Foot Switch can let you step on it, and install the coffee valve into your coffee package, eg like : Aluminum foil bag, craft paper coffee bag….

2.The electronic counter can let you know how many pieces of one way coffee valve you have installed today. It can do the records of your production of installing coffee valve until you press the “reset” button.

3.The special for the CSM02 is the vibration plate for the valve applicator machine, it have one special part for the CSM02, This vibration plate can transmit the coffee valve automatic by the vibration plate, it means that you can save one step which you no need to put the coffee valve on the valve applicator machine.

Answers: You can check the vibration plate controller from the picture.

1.Press the switch, you can open the vibration plate.

2.Choose the half wave for the vibration plate this is enough, because the half wave will more powerful than full wave.

3.You can choose the vibration plate frequency, the best speed for the vibration is 20. But if you can install the coffee valve very fast, you can choose the frequency which can match your speed of installing valves.

61.Color Suns One Way Coffee Valve With filter used for ?

Color Suns mainly focus on producing one way coffee valve & valve applicator machine in China. Now we mainly produced two kinds of one way coffee valve:

1.CS01—With filter. 2. CS02—Without filter.

So today , we would like to talk about the coffee valve with filter.

Why the coffee valve with have filter on it ? Some of our coffee in the coffee bag are ground coffee, which we also called coffee powder.

The filter can protect the one way coffee valve , and make sure their function—releasing co2 outside the coffee bag would not be the ground coffee effected.

If the ground coffee stuck into the coffee valve, they will prevent the coffee valve releasing the co2 outside the coffee bag.

So many clients are very interested in the coffee valve with filter –CS01 from Color Suns, they want to know whether this filter coffee valve only can be installed on the coffee package which mainly packed the ground coffee ?

If they want to use the filter coffee valve for the coffee bean, is it ok ?

The answer is : YES! You can use this filter coffee valve not only for ground coffee, but also it can use for coffee bean.

But for our suggestion: If your coffee mainly are coffee bean, we would like to suggest you to use the coffee valve without filter –CS02.

The max distance for installing the valve into the coffee bag, from top to bottom is 180mm, but for some flexible package, eg like the Aluminum foil bag or other PE bag, you can install about 220mm deep from the top to the bottom.

2.How much width the coffee bag can be installed the coffee valve by the Color Suns valve applicator machine?

For the limited of the width the coffee bag can be installed the coffee valve by the valve applicator machine, we have not limited on it. That also depend on how deep you install the valve on the bag. If you install the valve on the bag less than 110mm deep from the top to bottom, The width of the coffee bag can be installed at no limited.

Answer Four:

After the coffee bean have been roasted, they are very hot, and some of roaster will let them release the CO2 for a few days, but even though you let them release the co2 for a few days, the coffee still will release little co2 after you packed them into the coffee package. Now, your coffee package must keep on releasing the co2 outside the coffee package by this one way coffee valve.

If we don’t use the coffee valve in our coffee package, what will happen ?

1.Your coffee package will pop! If the CO2 full of your coffee package, how did this co2 release from the coffee package ? Looks like the picture, it will full of the co2 , and then it maybe will pop! And all your bag’s coffee bean will be wasted!

2.If the co2 in your coffee package have not full of your coffee package, it maybe would not happy the pop case which maybe break your coffee package and wasted your coffee bean or coffee powder.

But you can think that the co2 in your coffee bag, what will happen ? It will make your coffee bean or coffee powder oxidation by this little co2.

Question Seven:

How does this small plastic coffee valve run ?

Answer Seven:

Color Suns coffee valve also called one way valve or one way degassing valve. Why we called it one way ?

It means that the coffee valve only can release the co2 outside the coffee package, and would not let the outside air getting into your coffee package!

All our Color Suns one way coffee valve have the open pressure: 2.3-5.5mbar.

It means that while the inside co2 arrival 2.3-5.5mbar, Color Suns coffee valve will open the pressure, and begin to release the co2 outside the coffee package.

But we need to keep some coffee aroma into the coffee package, that can let your customer who want to buy the coffee from supper market or coffee shop which can smell the coffee aroma from the Color Suns coffee valve.

So the Color Suns coffee valve will have the close pressure: less than 2mbar.

It means that while the inside co2 less than 2mbar, Color Suns coffee valve will close the function of releasing co2. And keep the coffee aroma into the coffee package.

And then your clients can know whether this bag of coffee fresh or not during this small one way coffee valve.
