59.How to test the Valve Applicator Machine by Color Suns technology department ?

Color Suns mainly focus on producing one way coffee valve and valve applicator machine in China. We now mainly produce two kinds of valve applicator machine:

1.CSM01—Manual valve applicator machine with electronic counter.

2.CSM02—Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine with electronic counter and vibration plate.

Make sure the quality for the valve applicator machine, Color Suns technology department will test all the valve applicator machine before our production department who packing the machine into the wooden box.

All the valve applicator machine will be test to run with Color Suns one way valve , we will use some coffee material or coffee bag, to install the one way valve on the coffee package, And the test result for the valve applicator machine, we will leave one piece of coffee package material which have installed the one way valve on it by the valve applicator machine which the clients have brought.

Some of our clients will have special question for the coffee valve while they are running on the valve applicator machine :

1.How deep the coffee bag can be installed the coffee valve by the Color Suns valve applicator machine ?

The max distance for installing the valve into the coffee bag, from top to bottom is 180mm, but for some flexible package, eg like the Aluminum foil bag or other PE bag, you can install about 220mm deep from the top to the bottom.

2.How much width the coffee bag can be installed the coffee valve by the Color Suns valve applicator machine?

For the limited of the width the coffee bag can be installed the coffee valve by the valve applicator machine, we have not limited on it. That also depend on how deep you install the valve on the bag. If you install the valve on the bag less than 110mm deep from the top to bottom, The width of the coffee bag can be installed at no limited.
