Today Color Suns will introduce our Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine CSM01.
We all read the before post that the one way valve have two kinds from Color Suns, one is with filter mainly for coffee powder, the other is without filter mainly for coffee bean.
So now the question is coming, how to put this small plastic PE valve on the coffee bag ? Why the coffee bag will have several holes on it ?
How to install the one way valve into the coffee bag, and come true the function of the one way valve ?
First, you must use the valve applicator machine which also called one way valve installer. It can help you install the one way valve into the coffee bag, eg like: Stand up pouch coffee bag, open side gusset coffee bag, craft paper coffee bag.
Why the coffee bag you saw at the shop market or coffee shop, they will have several holes on it ?
The valve have been installed into the package, if the bag have not one hole or several holes on it, it can not come true the function of the one way valve—release the co2 outside the bag.
So the question is coming, how to make the holes on the bag? Use needle to make some holes on the bag ? If so, that will be very slow, and very trouble.
Now you must depend on our valve applicator machine CSM01, when this one way valve machine install the one way valve into your coffee package, at the mean time, it will make some holes on your coffee package. It is mean that this valve applicator machine can install the one way valve and make the holes on the bag at the same time.

Today, we will send out the Color Suns One Way Coffee Valve & Valve Applicator Machine to our clients.
We now mainly produce two items of one way valve: CS01 with filter mainly used for the powder products. CS02 one way valve without filter mainly used for the bean products, eg like: coffee bean.
How to install the one way valve into the package?
The valve applicator machine can help you install the one way valve into the package.
As you can see from the photo, Color Suns now mainly produce two items of valve applicator machine:
CSM01 Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine with electronic counter, which can install all kinds of one way valve.
CSM02 Semi-Automatic Valve Applicator Machine with the vibration plate, which can install one kind of one way valve but it can transmit the one way valve automatic by the vibration plate, it can meet the large production of installing one way coffee valve.
As you can see from the photo, all of our Color Suns Valve Applicator Machine will be protect very well by the wooden box. All the Valve Applicator Machine will be pack by the wooden box which no need to fumigate.
