What is the main purpose when you put ‘coffee valve’ on to pouch? I wonder
Yes, most of friends still will have some question while they are reading our post, checking our website, or buying the coffee from supper market or coffee shop.
But what is the main purpose when we put “coffee valve” or “one way valve” on the pouch?
Answers:
1.Released the CO2 outside the pouch.
Coffee must be roasted by the roaster, and pack them into all kinds of package: pouch, craft paper bag, or zipper bag……
After you put the roasted coffee bean or ground coffee into the pouch (coffee package), the CO2 still releasing by the roasted coffee bean or ground coffee. At this moment, “coffee valve” will release the CO2 outside the pouch bag.
2.Prevent the outside air getting into the pouch
The “coffee valve” can prevent the outside air getting into the pouch. It can prevent the outside air which will oxidize the coffee bean or ground coffee in the pouch.
3.Keep your pouch of coffee safe
The coffee valve can release the CO2 outside the bag, it can prevent the CO2 full of the pouch which maybe cause the bag burst.
4.Keep your coffee fresh & aroma
The “coffee valve” also called “one-way degassing valve”. It can release the CO2 outside the pouch. In the meantime, it can prevent the outside air getting into the pouch, So the “coffee valve” called “one way degassing valve” can keep your roasted coffee fresh and aroma.
