A certain amount of air is usually trapped after products are packaged in commercial-size bags. The air results in a loss of stability and potential slippage of the pouches stacked on the pallet. The use of our one-way degassing valves enhances on-pallet stability and optimizes the storability of the stand up pouches.

One-way degassing valve WJ1902
Large granular one-way degassing valve, mainly used in feed bags, medical device
packaging bags, pet food bags. The one-way degassing valve applied to many aspects ,
after roasting of coffee beans will produce large amounts of carbon dioxide,at which point,
the one-way degassing valve can exhaust our coffee bags in the carbon dioxide at the same
time preventing the oxygen in the coffee bag into the guard against the bag burst open without

Description
Wojin one-way degassing Valves/one-way degassing valve/air valve/coffee valve are designed to allow pressure to be released from an airtight package while not allowing external atmosphere to enter the package. Wojin offers two sizes of One-Way degassing valves, Model nos. WJ1901 and WJ1902. The one way valves are supplied with filter paper and without a filter paper. The filter paper stops small particles from clogging the one-way degassing valve.

1. Who Are We?
Our objective is to keep the coffee fresh, the one-way degassing valve package in the coffee bag,
and holes in the coffee bag surface encapsulation pressure control valve position,can be roasted
coffee beans release carbon-dioxide discharged out of the coffee bag,avoid because carbon dioxide accumulation caused the coffee bag open up,the outside air can not enter coffee bag,effectively guaranteeing the coffee beans drying and mellow
2．What does the one-way degassing valve do?
One-Way Degassing Valves are designed to allow pressure to be released from an airtight package
while preventing air from getting back into the package.Air,especially the oxygen (O2) portion of air,
can have negative effects on the package contents and its freshness.When gas pressure inside a
sealed package increases beyond the “valve opening pressure,” the seal between the rubber disc and
the one way valve body is momentarily interrupted and gas can escape out of the package.
As gas is released and the pressure inside the package drops below the “valve close pressure,” the
rubber disc re-seals to the air release degassing valve body and the one way degassing valve is closed
off to oxygen again.
